A great effort by City 4 which pushed a strong Phoenix 2 team all the way, with only one goal in it at the end. Some great defence and attacking moves led to some well taken goals.

Phoenix played their high tempo game with high pressure defence but City matched them throughout. City never gave up and had chances to pull level at the death but it wasn't to be and the match ended 5-4 in favour of Phoenix 2.

Thanks to all for playing and to Fiona who was an unused substitute. If we can continue to play like this then City 4 could survive their first season back in Division 2.
